Who am I?

My name is Carrie Anne Davis. I am part of a great family in which I am a daughter, sister, a cousin, a niece and an aunt.  I am a mother (to Davis - 16 and Chester - 15), and a life partner (to Tim for 11 years).  I have been a student, a teacher, a mentor, a trainer, a leader and a coach.  I am, above all, a friend – to those I have known and cultivated deep relationships with and to those I’ve just met.  I believe in showing kindness and care for others and helping people realize their goals – as simple or lofty as those may be.  In building relationships, friendships and caring partnerships, I continue to discover who I am. I really just love being involved in life and sharing my life with others.

What is the purpose of my life?

My purpose evolves as I grow and evolve.  My focus is on becoming more enlightened about who I am and what I need to do / become to best serve others, my community and myself.  I hope to leave a loving legacy on the planet through raising two thoughtful, conscientious sons and I hope that all those that I encounter feel my genuine regard for their happiness and peace of mind.  My purpose is to just be the best “me” I can be and let others know I care about their efforts to become their best, too – and to do all that I can to help make that happen.

What is meaningful in my life?

CONNECTION - The bonds that I have with people in my life are most meaningful to me – with my family, my children, my best guy, my friends (new and old), my pets…connection to others brings meaning to my life.  I love having fun, laughing, volunteering, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, camping, boating, making jewelry, getting creative, writing, gardening and wearing yoga pants and drinking wine with my girlfriends in my garden.  I have all kinds of methods for feeling connected – to others, to my environment, and to my soul.  Connection is what gives my life meaning.
